Refund Policy

If VeloPixels isn't right for you, you can get a full refund of the app price within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

• Email support@velopixels.com with the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your order number, or
• Request it from your receipt email or your Lemon Squeezy orders page.

What happens next

• Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• The license key for the refunded app is deactivated and stops working on all devices.

What isn't covered

• Venice AI credits. You buy these from Venice, not from us, and Venice credits are non-refundable. Our refund covers the VeloPixels app only.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.
