FAQ

Questions, answered

Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome on desktop. Other browsers are not supported yet.
Where are my edited photos saved?
In a subfolder of your Downloads folder (called VeloPixels by default). Chrome only lets extensions save inside Downloads; you can change the subfolder name in Settings.
I reinstalled the extension. Why is my activation limit full?
Removing the extension doesn't free its activation, and a reinstall counts as a new device. Click Deactivate this install in Settings before removing it. If you already removed it, contact support and we'll reset it.
Can I use my extension license in the desktop app?
No. The extension and the desktop app are separate products, each with its own license key.
