Install VeloPixels on Windows
Installing takes about two minutes. Because VeloPixels is a new independent app and isn't code-signed yet, Windows shows a warning the first time. Here's how to continue safely.

- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
- ~3 MB installer
Before you start
- You bought the VeloPixels Desktop App
- You have your license key from the receipt email
- You're signed in to Windows with permission to install apps
1Download the installer
Open your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, or your Lemon Squeezy orders page, and download VeloPixels_x.y.z_x64-setup.exe.
2Run the installer
Double-click the downloaded file to start.
3Get past SmartScreen
Windows may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen.

Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting.

4Finish setup
Follow the installer, then open VeloPixels from the Start menu. Go to Settings, paste your license key and click Activate, then add your Venice API key.
Check the file is genuine
Each release lists a SHA-256 checksum in its release notes. Open PowerShell in your Downloads folder and run:
